New Product Sales Rep – Cottage Grove, WI (Madison Area)

PBBS Equipment Corporation is seeking a New Product Sales Representative for the Cottage, Grove, WI (Madison Area) location. This position is responsible for providing service to customers, as it relates to their Boiler Rooms.

This candidate will have a strong work ethic and an ability to work both individually and in collaboration with others. The Service Technician will report to the Area Manager and does not require any prior experience. PBBS can provide on-the-job training.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide service to customers as directed by Area or Service Manager
    • Annual Maintenance (Boilers, Feed/DA Tanks, Ancillary Equipment)
    • Piping
    • Wiring
    • Refractory
    • Service/Install Pumps
    • Control & Burner Upgrades
    • General Repair & Maintenance
  2. Maintain PBBS and Customer Safety Training requirements
  3. Maintain Certifications including: ASOPE, NIULPE, OSHA

Parts Analyst – Menomonee Falls, WI

PBBS is seeking a detail oriented, dedicated Parts Analyst to join our team. A successful candidate will be organized, have a mind for continuous improvement, and possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of our organization. This position reports directly to the Parts Manager.

This candidate will have strong communication skills and an ability to take initiative when completing tasks. The Parts Analyst will work to ensure that our Service Technicians and our Customers have the appropriate equipment and parts needed for their Boiler Rooms.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Quote and Order parts
2. Receive, Inventory and Distribute (fill & ship) Parts
3. Provide support to Service Technicians and Customers
4. Maintain inventory of in-house equipment/supplies
5. Complete repairs/regular maintenance to equipment and building, as needed
6. Create Purchase Orders
7. Provide Pick-Up & Delivery Services of Parts
8. Provide daily assistance and back-up, when necessary, to the Parts Manager
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of PBBS Shop

Area Administrative Assistant – Cottage Grove (Madison Area)

PBBS Equipment Corporation is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist the Area Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations in our Cottage Grove, Wi (Madison area) office.

This candidate must be detail-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at a time. The Administrative Assistant must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work both individually and in collaboration with others. The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Area Manager.

Essential job duties include:

  1. Answering Telephones
  2. Invoicing & Collections
  3. Assist Area Manager (Dispatching Service Technician / Work Orders)
  4. Inventory Management
  5. Occasional Shipping & Receiving
  6. Maintaining Fleet Maintenance Records
  7. Maintaining office files both electronically and paper copy
  8. Annual Mailings
  9. Planning of Annual Boiler Seminar
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Products & Outlook
  11. Must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
