Field Service Coordinator – Menomonee Falls

PBBS Equipment Corporation is looking to add a full-time Field Service Coordinator to our team!

This candidate will have strong work ethic and an ability to work both individually and in collaboration with others. Clear and concise communication, as well as organized attention to detail is a must. The position will report directly to the Menomonee Area Manager.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the Service Technician daily schedule and dispatch technicians as service calls are received and/or completed.
2. Responsible for scheduling Inspections and Work Orders
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date comments and notes in work orders.
4. Assist in providing customers with quotes for service work.
5. Provide technical support to service technicians
6. Field after-hour service calls and dispatch where appropriate on rotation
7. Maintain Safety Training requirements

Parts Manager – Menomonee Falls

PBBS is seeking a detail-oriented, dedicated Parts Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations. A successful candidate will be organized, have a mind for continuous improvement, and possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of our organization.

This candidate will have strong communication skills and an ability to take initiative when completing tasks. The Parts Manager will work to ensure that our WI Area Managers, Service Technicians, and our customers have the appropriate equipment and parts needed for their Boiler Rooms.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage Parts Inventory & keep inventory at season levels
2. Responsible for ordering & parts staging for upcoming jobs
3. Maintain knowledge of the parts needs and inventory in Wisconsin area shops
4. Maintain knowledge of MSDS sheets for materials used/shipped to customers.
5. Field after-hour service calls and dispatch where appropriate on rotation
6. Handle customer phone calls, emails, parts quotes & sales, along with over-the-counter part sales
7. Oversee shipping and receiving
8. Oversee parts warehouse organization and staging areas
9. Supervisor to Parts Analyst
10. Manage parts warranties
11. Manage Relief Valve Repair Quotes and orders
12. Maintain and develop new customer base for parts sales
13. Maintain and repair shop and service equipment
14. General knowledge of parts manuals for all equipment

PBBS Equipment Corporation is seeking an Electrical Engineer to assist with boiler room design, packaging boiler systems/controls, and aiding with product selection for our sales and support staff.

This candidate will have strong interpersonal skills to objectively listen to, and understand consumer/technician/sales staff needs in order to recommend appropriate solutions. The Electrical Engineer will work within a team to provide top-level customer service both internally and externally.
